Automatic filling machine PL1-15 is assembled for liquid filling to firm pack ( barrels, tins and twist off capping or impresssed lid closing. Pack filling is completed in two cycles. The pack filling time is accomplished up to 90-95% of the total volume during first cycle. Thereafter product weight/ volume is corrected on the check weigher control station.
Machine drive is mechanical – pneumatic, control system SIEMENS, air cylinder FESTO, stainless steal performance.
